Data Entry / Call Center Representatives Needed

We currently have immediate openings for Data Entry / Call Center Representatives for our Gardena Headquarters. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable and enjoy working with a variety of customers and employees.

Qualified candidates should have:

  • At least 1-2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Data entry experience
  • Telemarketing experience a plus but not necessary
  • Must have an extremely strong work ethic, excellent attendance habits and exceptional telephone etiquette


  • Job Description:

  • Enter customer phone orders
  • Enter faxed purchase orders
  • Investigate problem orders
  • Track orders via ups website
  • Follow up with customers on back orders
  • Learn company product
  • Make follow up/sales calls to existing customer base


  • Full time positions are available, with competitive hourly wage plus benefits.
