Americana strives to provide the highest level of customer service. With each order placed, an order confirmation is faxed or emailed to you to insure accuracy and a $3.95 processing fee per warehouse will be applied to each order.

Use this web site to place orders any time of the day or night. Inventory is shown as stocked in each warehouse. The stock levels and pricing are actual, real-time. Shipping charges will be shown for standard services. Unique shipping conditions will be handled by our friendly customer service representatives.

If you prefer to place your order by phone, our knowledgeable staff is prepared to accommodate your needs during regular business hours.

Please notify us immediately of any error, as your order is being processed at once, being shipped from the warehouse that best meets your needs.

Minimums
Americana has no minimum quantity per item. Opening orders less than $100.00 may be subject to a $10.00 surcharge.

Shipping
Same-day ground service on orders placed before 3:00 p.m., local warehouse time. Special shipping requirements are to be specified at the time the order is placed. As carriers, routes and weather conditions are beyond our control, we cannot be responsible for untimely delivery in your area.

Claims
Notify Americana of errors within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Damaged goods and container must be held for the carrier to validate damage claim, do not discard shipping cartons. Mill cases that are mis-packed require mill case information for claims to be honored.

Shortages
If a stock shortage occurs on your order, all feasible attempts will be made to advise you prior to shipping. We reserve the right to use our discretion to ship your order if contact is not possible. We do not automatically substitute any quantity, color, size, or style without your permission. Shortages will not be backordered unless requested.

Refusals
All orders that are invoiced, regardless of actual shipping and/or will call status, are subject to freight charge and/or a 25% restocking fee (minimum $5.00 restocking fee).

Reshipping
Additional freight charges will be added to your invoice and reshipped upon your approval.

Returns
Authorized returns only. Our Return Authorization Number must be marked on the outside of box. Returns on purchases, within 15 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum $5.00 restocking fee). Embellished merchandise, other than mill defects, is non-returnable. Discontinued merchandise (noted by * on our invoice) is not returnable. Unauthorized returns may be refused by Americana or may require additional processing time and fees.

Exchanges
Goods may be exchanged, within 15 days of purchase, subject to a 10% fee (minimum $2.50), reference original invoice, and obtain a Return Authorization before returning to Americana.

Third-party Shipping
The responsibility for order/shipping accuracy is transferred to the Bill To Customer upon goods leaving Americana’s warehouse(s). Order accuracy must be verified prior to decorating. We therefore deny claims for decorated product. Claims for shortages may be declined when shipped to a third party and not verified by the Bill To Customer.

Defects
Any mill defect may be returned by the customer for even exchange or credit applied to the account. Please obtain Return Authorization Number and include a packing slip indicating items being returned. Please return defects within three months of purchase. Dyed shirts are not returnable. No freight compensation is given for defect returns.

Color Guarantee
Color cannot be guaranteed from one to another dye lot, style, size, or manufacturer. All accommodations will be attempted at the time your order is filled to complete it in one dye lot. We do not provide freight compensation for dye lot differences. Catalog representation may vary slightly from actual garments as a result of the paper printing process, and web site color representation may vary based on computer monitors, hence should not be used as exact representation for purchase decisions. Manufacturer’s fabric swatch cards are provided for your ordering convenience, satisfaction and color accuracy.

Payment Terms
COD cash, prepaid, or credit card payment accepted on all new customer orders. Payment by Company Check requires approval of our Company Check Application on file. Open account extended upon approval of Net 30 credit application, upon discretion of management. For your protection, Visa/Master Card/American Express payments are accepted upon approval of our Credit Card Authorization form, resulting in loss of cash discounted pricing.

Returned Checks
Subject to $25.00-per-check charge. Company check privileges may be revoked.

Sales Tax Exemption
Proof of valid sales tax license or resale permit must be on file to avoid sales tax. No retail sales.

Current pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Americana makes all attempts to provide up-to-the-minute pricing available via our Web site, telephone, fax, email and printed material. However, as pricing fluctuates, please confirm pricing at the time your order is placed. Web orders show pricing in effect at the time your order is finalized. Periodic sale flyers are provided via fax or email to keep you informed of the latest special offers. Sale pricing is shown for any item on special. Inquire about generic "A" price lists for your use. Printed price lists are calculated on cash, check or Net 30 terms; verify pricing when using credit cards as payment, which results in loss of cash discount pricing. The pricing will reflect this loss of discount when the order is paid by credit card.

Pricing
Regular pricing is based on quantities ordered in each specific size. Case pricing applies to cases as packed from the mill, one size, one color, one style; case quantities are listed in the price list. The dozen price applies to increments of six pieces per size, color, and style. The piece price applies to quantities per style, size, and color for one to five pieces. Note: Pricing per style, size, and color may include one or more pricing levels depending on quantity ordered. Please inquire about "end column pricing".

Volume pricing
Call your sales representative for current volume pricing, if available.

Catalog Items
As items become available and/or may be discontinued by Americana and/or our suppliers, we reserve the right to withdraw styles, colors or sizes without notice. Please verify availability for peace of mind. As the web site provides you accurate inventory levels, closeout status and pricing, you can be sure you are receiving the most current information possible.
