Do I need an account?
Yes, if you want to check inventory levels or order products. The catalog is open to the general public. Actual order entry and inquiry functions require an on-line account. You must be an existing Americana customer to register. If you are not a current customer, please contact our Customer Service Department.
If you are an existing Americana customer and would like an Americana on-line account, please visit our Signup page. You will need the information found on any Americana invoice form to validate your account information for our on-line signup process.

Apply for account
Americana is a distributor. We do not sell products to the end user. If you would like to purchase the products you see on this web site, contact us and we can refer you to a retail outlet that will suit your needs.
Americana has no minimum quantity per item. Opening orders less than $100 may be subject to a $10.00 surcharge. Subsequent orders less than $50.00 may be subject to a $2.50 surcharge.

The Americana Company web site provides complete access to all of the information you need to evaluate and purchase our products over the Internet. Specifically, you will find the following features:
- Our online catalog of our entire product offering. We provide images for virtually all products, as well as descriptions, and you can get at the information in a number of ways. Browse by category, mill, style code, or keyword, or go directly to new and closeout items. Color swatches are provided for your convenience. Please remember that computer monitors can shift the actual color representation.
- Current inventory levels. This website is real-time. You will see inventory levels that reflect the actual quantities available for purchase. Like the catalog, our stock check pages give you many different ways to get to the information you need. This feature is available only to Americana on-line account holders.
- Access to special promotions. We provide information that highlights specially priced products and other promotional events that can save you money. This information is updated regularly, so visit often.
- On-line order capability. Place orders at your convenience. They will be instantly entered into Americana’s state of the art main frame computer for processing. Your choice of carrier determines the freight charges that will be displayed for you. This feature is available only to Americana on-line account holders.
- Contact us. Phone, fax, email. Each location shows specific information including a map to find our physical locations.
- Be aware that our software requires Mac users using Netscape Navigator Version 5 or higher.
