FREE Freight Program
Your order must be over $300 per warehouse. You cannot split your $300 order between warehouses. Hartwell (GA warehouse) orders must be $150 or more. Your freight will be no charge, however handling, UPS surcharges and insurance charges still apply. Free freight restrictions:

Free freight does not apply to basic tees and sale items.
HOB items (Ontario & Kentucky warehouses) DO NOT qualify for free freight.
Free Freight program is offered only in the Continental United States.
COD charges will be charged to COD customers.
UPS handling charges (residential, rural, and fuel surcharges) and insurance will be charged to your order.

Order status
After you login, click on the Order Status button on the left side menu. You can search orders, track packages, and print invoices.

You can track your orders online after logging into your account.

Click on "order status"

Select "both"

Select "date range"

Click on "search"

Click on "order number"

Click on "UPS Ground"

Now you can see the UPS tracking information.

Processing Fee
A $3.95 processing fee per warehouse will be applied to each order.

Payment terms
COD cash, prepaid, or credit card payment accepted on all new customer orders. Payment by Company Check requires approval of our Company Check Application on file. Open account extended upon approval of Net 30 credit application, upon discretion of management. For your protection, Visa/Master Card/American Express payments are accepted upon approval of our Credit Card Authorization form, resulting in loss of cash discounted pricing.

Stock levels
Login to on-line order entry and use one of the methods we provide to find the products you are looking for. Inventory is show in real-time. It will appear that you are placing an order, but if you wish to check inventory only, click the cancel order and logout button when finished. The order will not be completed through our system. You may also choose to save the order and log out. Your order will be waiting for you when you login the next time.

One call (HOB Program)
This unique drop-ship program allows Americana to offer a wider variety of products from Hanes and Outer Banks. Products are drop shipped from Ontario, CA and Elizabethtown, KY. HOB items DO NOT qualify for free freight.

Ordering
To order a product:

1. Simply enter the Mill Style Number and choose the color you prefer, colors are listed alphabetically in the drop down window. You will see the quantities and prices for each item. You will also see which of our three warehouses offer that product. You can order from just one warehouse or all of them.

2. Enter the quantities for your first size and tab to the next size. When you have ordered all for that style/color, add the items to your cart.

3. When finished adding items to your cart, click on the "View Cart" button and follow the prompts through the order process. The system will split your one order into separate orders depending on which warehouse you ordered product from. Freight options and charges will be shown if multiple warehouses are chosen. Some items are not offered in all warehouses. When finished with the order, you will be emailed our order confirmation.

4. To logout and come back to your order. Click on the "Save ORder and Logout" button. Your order will be saved for 3 days from the first time you saved it.

Pricing
Once you login using your user name and password, your company’s pricing will be displayed. Items that are "on sale" will be shown with the sale price and expiration date.
